Directions In a medium sauce pan, wisk sugar (or honey) and corn starch and milk, over medium heat. Before it comes to a boil remove 1 cup of hot mixture, and slowly pour into the beatten eggs while stirring. Pour egg mixture into the pan, and continue to cook until it thickens. When it starts to boil, turn off heat, and stir in vanilla. Pour into 8 small bowls, and chill for several hours. It's also great to eat warm on a cold evening. For chocolate puding add 1/3 cup cocoa. |
