Tuna Casserole

Tuna Casserole is comfort food, and quick and easy to make.

Ingredients

1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1 cup hot pasta water
8 ounces egg noodles
1 onion
2 slices bread
1/4 Cup butter
1/4 Cup grated romano cheese

Directions

Heat oven to 350F.

Boil Noodles until done.

Make croutons by cutting the bread into squares, and frying in butter.

In a frying pan brown chopped onion. Add can of soup, and 1 cup of water from the boiling pasta, and mix. Pour noodles into a casserole dish, then stir in soup mixture with onions in the dish. Sprinkle top with grated romano or parmesan, and croutons. Bake for 30 minutes.
