Directions With a mandolin make julian carrots, and set aside. In a small skillet, heat a bit of oil and toast the cumin seeds until they begin to pop. Add ginger, chiles coriander, and tumeric, and cook for a minute. Then stir in the carrots, so that they are coated with the oil sauce. Turn off heat and stir in the dill. Serve with fresh dill sprigs, or cilantro. |
