Spaetzle Recipe

Spaetzle is a great vegetarian meal. Serve with German potato salad, and sour kraut.

Ingredients

2 cups wheat flour
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
4 eggs salt
1/2 cup water

Directions

Bring water to a boil in a large pot

Mix together ingredients.

Drip batter through spaetzle maker into the boiling water. Cook 5 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley, and serve.
