Scallion Pancake Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups water
2 eggs
1 bunch scallions
1/4 cup toasted sessame
1 tablespoon chilli paste

Dipping Sauce

1/2 cup soy Sauce
1/2 cup rice vinegar
2 teaspoons sessame oil

Directions

Mix all ingredients together.

Fry cakes in a skillet, about 1 minute per side.

Serve with dipping sauce.
