Juice Gelatin RecipeKids love jello, but commercial gelatin is un-natural, as it contains sugar, preservatives and dies. This recipe uses all natural concentrated juices and no extra sugar. We buy gelatin in bulk rather than in the small packages, because it's more affordable. Ingredients
Directions Place frozen juice can in refrigerator the night before so that it is liquid. Boil 3 cups water. in a small bowl mix gelatin and 1/3 cup cold water, and let sit for 10 minutes. Don't mix the gelatin directly into the boiling water, or it will harden into lumps. In a 9x9 glass baking dish pour in juice concentrate, and mix in gelain mixture. Pour in boiling water and mix thoroughly. Let the mixture cool on the counter, and then place in the refridgerator for 3-4 hours until it is firm. You can add fruit such as grapes, mandrin oranges, peaches, etc to make it more fancy.
