Japchae Recipe

Crepes on Plate

Japchae is a very quick meal. Just boil glass noodles and chop veges. This is a great vegetarian meal, but meat can be added.

Ingredients

8 ounces glass noodles
1/2 cups soy sauce
2 Tbsp brown sugar
2 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon black peper
16 ounces chopped vegetables: Sliced Carots, bell peppers, onion, bokchoy, zuchini, Mushrooms, etc.

Directions

Boil Noodles

In a large surving bowl add the sauce ingrediantes (not noodles, or veges).

In a wok stir fry the vegetables starting with the tougher ones like carots.

Remove noodles and place in large surving bowl with the sauce. Dump stir fried noodles on top. Mix and Serve.
