Japchae Recipe

Crepes on Plate

Japchae is a very quick meal. Just boil glass noodles and chop veges. This is a great vegetarian meal, but meat can be added.

Ingredients

8 ounces glass noodles
1/2 cups soy sauce
2 Tbsp brown sugar
2 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
16 ounces chopped vegetables: Sliced Carrots, bell peppers, onion, bok choy, zucchini, Mushrooms, etc.

Directions

Boil Noodles

In a large serving bowl add the sauce ingredients (not noodles, or veges).

In a wok stir fry the vegetables starting with the tougher ones like carrots.

Remove noodles and place in large serving bowl with the sauce. Dump stir fried noodles on top. Mix and Serve.
