Gumbo

This can be eaten by its self or over rice.

Ingredients

1 diced onion
1.5 cup small salad shrimp
2 6-oz cans crab meat
2 tablespoons Oil for sauteing
6 tablespoons flour
2 cans diced tomatoes
1/2 chopped bell pepper (optional)
4 bay leaves
1 tablespoon oregano
1 tablespoon thyme
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

Directions

Saute onions in oil, then add flour to thicken.

Add in the rest of ingredients, bring to boil, and then simmer for 20 min.
