Directions Mix lime juice, cumin, paprika, garlic, salt and black pepper in a bowl, and marinate the fish in it for 30 minutes up to 24 hours. Heat oil and cook onions until soft. Add bell peppers, fish and tomatoes in layers. Pour in coconut milk, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes, until fish is cooked. Serve with fresh cilantro.
