Directions Soak the chickpeas overnight. Place all ingredients in a food processor, and blend into a coarse paste. The parsley is mainly for color - it turns the interior of the balls into a green color. Form into 1 inch balls, and fry in oil until golden brown. Serve warm in pita bead pockets with thinly sliced onion, tomatoes, and cucumber and tahini sauce as a spread.
