Crepes on Plate

We have these on Saturday mornings. These are one of Rebeka's favorite foods. You will need a crepe pan to make these.

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups wheat flour
2 cups milk or water
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and mix until the batter is smooth.


Add a few drips of oil into a heat crepe pan. Tilt the pan so that the oil covers the bottom. Pour in 1/3 cup of batter and cook until the crepe is firm enough to flip. Flip and cook for a few seconds more. Crepes can be stacked on a serving plate, as you are cooking them.

Serve with fresh fruit such as sliced peaches. We normally eat them with chopped frozen strawberries, that have been slightly frozen.
